Putin: War & North Korea More Severe Than Chernobyl
"I do not sugarcoat it, we are very concerned about the escalation (tension) on the Korean Peninsula because we are their neighbors," Putin said while speaking alongside Chancellor Angela Merkel, was quoted as saying by Reuters on Monday (08/04/2013) .
"And if, God forbid it happened, the tragedy of Chernobyl can look just like a children's fairy tale. I would urge all parties to calm down, and start to address these issues by returning to the negotiation table," he said.
Currently, North Korea (North Korea) have reportedly withdrew all existing workers in the Kaesong Industrial Zone. North Korean officials in Kaesong said they would review the policy of the Government of North Korea to industries that they wake up with South Korea (ROK) in the future.
