How To drain Fried Food

FOOD fried touted including unhealthy foods, but many people fond of fried foods is due to various reasons. Fried foods will produce a crunchy texture and savory.

Reporting from Thedailymeal, Monday (30/03/2015), there are ways you can do to reduce the oil content, which is the exact meniriskannya.

The first way to do this is by using a filter or rack meniriskannya berjaring. Once fried, the food should be placed on a shelf berjaring to drain the oil. However, this method takes a bit longer to wait for the oil down and dry. However, the oil could come down quite a lot so it was not too greasy when eaten.

If you do not have much time to drain the oil, you can use thick tissue or tissue towel. Tissues of this kind is intended to process food. Its texture is somewhat coarse and thicker able to pull the oil quickly.

How to use the already fried foods should be drained while and place on paper towels towel and let stand briefly. So the oil in the diet will quickly move into the tissue. But you should not be too long putting food on the tissue because the tissue also absorb moisture and if ignored long the food will be moist, thereby reducing the crispness of the texture of food.
